Retail: We will not be admitting visitors to our facilities; this includes retail sales. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL. WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY ORDERS ONSITE. We will process and place your order for pickup in a designated location onsite, and you must pick up between stated times or order will be canceled. DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION FROM US THAT YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE.

Commercial Delivery: All routes and planned deliveries are operating as scheduled, please notify us of any changes that would prevent us from performing scheduled deliveries.
Payments: We will not be accepting cash at this time due to no-contact policy; we can take credit cards and checks.
ONSITE OPERATIONS SUSPENSION
Due to governor Walz executive order for Minnesotans to stay at home, beginning Monday, March 30th, we will be suspending onsite retail sales, and commercial will-call ordering WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We will be open, supporting "essential service providers and manufactures" with limited operations.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE CALLED IN ADVANCE; WE WILL COMPLETE CONTACTLESS PICKUP FOR ON-SITE SERVICES. NO VISITORS WILL BE ADMITTED TO OUR FACILITIES.
We will be offering extended delivery routes for local service within the Bemidji area. Please check back for the extended delivery services by Friday 3/27/2020

During this challenging and rapidly evolving situation, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our absolute priority. We are taking the appropriate steps to ensure the health and safety of our team and customers with increased cleaning of high traffic areas and utilizing social distancing within our facilities. As this situation evolves, we will continue to provide services to all of our customers the best we can considering the circumstances.
To provide you with more efficient services and protect our staff, we are asking all non-delivery customers to please call ahead and place orders in advance of pickup. This will minimize in-person interaction and protect us all.
Lastly, we are here to support our employees; if a team member becomes ill, we encourage them to take the necessary time away to recover fully.

Customers: At this time, we are operating as usual with minimal to no impact to the business as of this writing on 3/18/2020. We are asking that customers be patient with us as our supply chain has been impacted by the recent events, causing some delays in receiving raw material from other global markets. We hope to cause minimal disruption as possible to our customers and have an extensive existing inventory and will provide timely updates as soon as there is a delay, we appreciate your continued support over this time.
Staff Members: We are standing by our team, and at this time, we have had no impact on our team. In the unfortunate event that a staff member becomes sick or has to take care of a family member who has become ill, we encourage them to take the needed time away to recover without penalty at work.
Retail and will call pickup: We are asking that all retail and non-delivery commercial accounts utilizing on-site pickup of materials call ahead and place orders before arriving.
